I am partnered exclusively with a U.S Investment Bank in seeking their very first dedicated Talent and L&D Specialist. This would be an initial 12 month FTC and due to growth trajectories this role also has an opportunity to go perm.
The role has come about due to conversations around "how can we take the business forward?" and so the business are seeking an experienced and passionate individual who can look at the entire talent agenda including learning needs, pipelining talent, defining and embedding a transparent promotion process and what competencies are required, leadership capabilities and the broader business talent strategy. The role will mean driving the initiatives through the business, implementing structure and process. The business need someone to come in and review priorities, take ownership and create lasting relationships with the HR team and wider business. The HR team currently consists of 4 people, population is 360 in the UK and 140 in Europe. Offices are based in St Pauls.
The Head of HR is open to seeing profiles with experience in similar roles and it it is essential to have worked within financial services, ideally investment banking and asset management. A super exciting role for someone to join and take ownership, to build from scratch and to have autonomy.
