Your new role
You'll have a responsible role, with oversight and responsibility for data input and output activities of HR Information System (HRIS), Cezanne, and maintaining data integrity. You will use your data management expertise to provide HR management information for operational and board meetings and ad hoc reports and welcome the continuous development of reporting capability, playing a key role in delivering data insights, from Cezanne and performance management software, Clear Review, as well as other data sources. In doing so, you will build relationships with key internal stakeholders, working together on specific data projects.The role will also involve carrying out day to day HR transactional tasks, especially those that are HRIS based, as well key data transactions such as monthly payroll and benefits maintenance, therefore you will need to build key relationships with both internal and external partners. You will be supported by the HR Data Administrator (reports to this role) and HR Assistant.This is a highly motivated and engaged group, who work collaboratively and supportively across the business and you'll forge strong relationships in HR, Finance, Innovation Delivery, Health & Safety and IT, as well as in our technical teams around the country. The team are all working remotely at present and will be hybrid working in the future. As such, this role can be based in choice of locations Almondsbury, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester and would consider other locations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience of managing a HRIS and the enthusiasm and curiosity to get the most from it
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience in data management
  • Experienced in delivering reports for different stakeholders
  • Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage day-to-day tasks in a confident, positive and professional manner
  • Good organisational skills to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in professional services and or engineering would be beneficial
  • Self-motivated team player with good people skills
  • Integrity and credibility
