HR Business Partner to join the wider HR team and be the lead on site. They are within easy commute of Newport/Cardiff.

FMCG organisation in South Wales. They are looking for HRBP to join the wider HR team and be the lead HRBP on site. They are within easy commute of Newport/Cardiff.
Description
As the HRBP you will work in closely with key stakeholders and the wider HR team to develop, shape and deliver HR plans and solutions. You will be the HR expert on site and be on hand to advise, guide and support staff, providing high level people management and development support.
Profile
You will have solid experience as a HR Advisor/HRBP, ideally within a FMCG/Manufacturing environment.
Previous experience of leading disciplinary investigations, hearings, appeals and grievances.
Be able to advise and lead on recruitment campaigns.
Job Offer
c£35k - £45k dependant on experience.
