Page Personnel HR are working with a Chorley-based client who is in urgent need of support from a Recruitment Administrator. This will be a temporary ongoing contract that involves the recruitment and onboarding of new employees to the business.
Our client are a global business who are experiencing a very busy period. Their site in Chorley are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join and support their team on a temporary basis. The role is fast-paced and requires someone with resilience and confidence to liaise with people at all levels. There is opportunity for the role to be extended or become permanent. It will be based on-site.
The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator are screening candidates by telephone, sifting through CVs, booking applicants in for interview, coordinating training and completing all related recruitment administration. The role will be based on site in Chorley.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- knowledge of the recruitment process
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- strong administration skills
- computer literacy with MS Office
- confident and professional manner
- available to start work immediately
