Description
In the role of the Senior Recruiter you'll partner with leadership to energise the talent identification and recruitment process.
You will monitor annual business plans and assure the recruitment goals set are being effectively implemented and achieved.
Your day to day duties will be driving the full life cycle recruitment process from qualifying positions, talent identification, recruiting & selection.
You will utilise Taleo as your applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, job analysis and behavioural indexing tools and have access to desktop video interviewing technology that will connect you with candidates anywhere, anytime.
You'll be part of the dedicated global talent acquisition team of 25 professionals (both recruiters and recruiting coordinators).
Key responsibilities are to:
- Drive life-cycle recruitment process ranging from requisition development, proactive sourcing and selection.
- Develop annual recruitment plans for business partners
- Position description refinement
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Directing the interview process
- Reference checks
- Sourcing strategies
- Negotiation
Profile
To be successful you will have the following experience:
- Previous recruitment experience with demonstrated abilities to deliver both high volume and executive search level technical recruitment results.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sourcing results through creative, proactive sourcing strategies.
- Highly resilient personality/attitude
- Professional on the phone and in person.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone. (candidates, hiring manager and fellow recruiters)
- Strong organisational and follow up skills.
- Stable work history and demonstrated experience in technical recruiting
- Recruiting experience in the architectural, engineering and consulting industry strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working in a web based applicant tracking system.
- US experience is desirable
