The key responsibilities for the Resourcing Business Partner are managing a small team, liaising with senior stakeholders, managing targets, producing KPI reports, delivering training, performance management, implementing strategy and change, troubleshooting, and recruitment. The role is based near Manchester and requires regular travel.
The ideal candidate will have/be: A strong understanding of high volume recruitment processes Previous line management experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to build strong relationships up to Director level Strong analytical skillsComputer literate with MS Office and ATS Operationally savvy with a passion to drive change and improvement
