I have just taken an exciting permanent role with a growing Trading firm. This is a Graduate Recruiter & Learning Specialist position to support the Graduate Recruitment Manager with the full recruitment cycle, including the training & development of the graduates after induction. The organisation has been around for 10 years & are currently at 250+ employees, with the ambition to grow further in the coming years, with new offices being built in London and Chicago.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full global (APAC, US & EMEA) campus recruitment cycle with a volume up to 40 hires
  • Strategically adapt and improve the recruitment and attraction strategy on a month-by-month basis
  • Design market leading Diversity & Inclusion processes to ensure all vacancies are reaching a diverse pool of top talent
  • Consistently provide the Graduates with development and training programmes to ensure they receive market leading development and reach their full potential

Skills:

  • Solid Graduate Recruitment & Programme Management experience, preferably within a Financial Services setting
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
  • Organisation within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Trading would be advantageous
