Remote working Reward Advisor role (can work in office if preferred) - 12 month contract - to start ASAP ideally - part-time 32 hours per week - Charity / Not-for-profit

You'll be part of a great team which supports the overarching organisational strategy of modernising the organisation. Your role focuses on the day to day delivery of all reward initiatives including pay, benefits, job evaluation and data analysis.

Remote working Reward Advisor role (can work in office if preferred) - 12 month contract - to start ASAP ideally - part-time 32 hours per week - Charity / Not-for-profit

What you'll be doing:

  • Salary Survey Submissions - completion of the Compensation & Benefits benchmarking surveys requiring participation and analysis of results
  • Benchmarking of job roles through a variety of data sources as required
  • Job evaluation - Support mgmt of the JE process and factor plan by participating in job evaluation sessions and related discussions with key stakeholders
  • Annual Pay Review - supporting with management of the annual pay review cycle
  • Benefit renewals - supporting with the annual renewal process for all benefits
  • Pension Scheme - supporting with administration requirements linked to company pension scheme
  • Employee Benefits - first point of contact for benefits mgmt
  • Manage Reward team inbox dealing with all reward related queries
  • Gender Pay Gap - calculation and communication of gender pay report
  • Data Analysis - working with multiple data sets and data modelling as required
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Work with colleagues in the wider People & Culture team by providing input into their policy review and development work as requested.
  • Ensuring relevant information sites are up to date and accurate on and work with the Internal comms team where necessary to update our employees on any reward related comms.

Profile

You'll have:

* Previous knowledge of pay & benefits
* Previous experience working at Reward Adviser level
* Advanced excel with high level of numeracy & accuracy
* Previous experience of relationship management with benefit suppliers / advisers
* Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships across the Society based upon in-depth understanding of business/organisation strategies
* Strong communication skills demonstrated at all levels of the organisation
* Strong planning and organisation acumen with the ability to simultaneously manage several challenging projects and issues
* Sound decision making and judgement across the range of HR activities - able to ascertain key facts and assess situations in order to take the most appropriate action within required timescales and the demands of the situation
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent relationship and stakeholder skills and management in terms of building up and maintaining relationships through forming close working ties and delivering for the organisation

Job Offer

Up to £30,000 per annum (for 32 hours per week)
