Description

Reporting into the Head of Talent, and leading a team of 2, this role will support the attraction & hiring strategy, including digital talent attraction, EVP social media, along with overseeing corporate hiring.

Collaborative partnering with Heads of department and HR Business partners, building and embedding strong relationships, helping to understand and pre-empt business hiring needs. You will lead, coach and mentor a small team of resourcing professionals ensuring they deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences, and have the right go to market strategies to meet the hiring needs.

You'll oversee the delivery of corporate vacancies across the UK, providing complete resourcing expertise in a professional and commercial way, whilst always driving the culture, vision and values of the business

A skilled networker, you will build strong internal and external relationships, raising the profile of the company as an employer of choice.

Profile

You'll be an experienced Resourcing Lead with an eye for attracting top talent and a passion for resourcing.

With a track record of devising and implementing candidate attraction campaigns for bespoke and volume roles, you'll be integral in developing and building these attraction strategies and will have first-hand knowledge of how to bring these to life.

With high energy and the ability to work at pace, you'll be an excellent communicator, able to flex your style as needed.

With proven ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions; planning, prioritising and time management will be key - Keeping focussed and delivering against long term strategic goals.
