A large public sector company based in Torquay (6500+ employees) is looking for a People Hub Service Manager .
Your new role
This is an exciting HR role, similar to a 'Head of' role, where you will manage a team of 9 hardworking and friendly HR professionals. Your team will provide support and advise on all ER cases, be a policy trouble shooter and be heavily involved with the SMT. You will be looked upon as internal HR expert and work with trade union representatives (great relationships already built / a working partnership approach).
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience of managing complex ER cases and have at least a L7 CIPD qualification or have relevant experience. You will be confident, competent and have excellent tech/IT skills. You will need to have a holistic / compassionate approach with an OD mindset. You will need strong Employment Law knowledge and be a people focused HR professional.
