Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a well known retail company in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role will head up the Talent Acquisition function for the head office functions and will have two direct reports.
The role will require a strong "hands on" operator as well as someone who can help design and deliver current and future recruitment and talent attraction strategies. Candidates should be able to provide advice and support to stakeholders on the best methods of candidate attraction and recruitment process. You will have an awareness of the importance of data and KPI's in the recruitment process and be able to use them to provide a narrative and support recruitment strategy.
The company is currently scaling up so an strong internal recruiter with experience supporting companies scaling up would be of keen interest to our client. A background in non-technical recruitment in the retail space is ideal but our client is flexible on background. The role will have two direct reports so applicants with management experience are encouraged to apply.
The role will require two days working in the office and then the option of working from home for the other three.
