HR Operations Manager

Your new company
A leading Financial organisation based in Northampton are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Manager for immediate start on a 6 month FTC, working in their Americas team.

Your new role
As a HR Operations Manager your role will be to ensure effective high quality standards, consistency, governance and best practise methodologies are built, developed and maintained in the HR Operations Americas team. Duties to include:

• Coaching and mentoring team
• Providing input to recruitment resources
• Lead end to end service improvements ensuring engagement of all relevant parties
• Monitoring performance management
• Supporting team leaders in driving operational excellence
• Influence and support operational decisions affecting HR operations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gain service feedback and understand future business requirements
• Driving continuous improvement

Please note the working hours of this role are Monday to Friday 2.30pm-10.30pm with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role the client are looking for experienced HR managers who can demonstrate strong operations experience within team management. You will have experience working in fast paced/ever changing operational environments with exemplary communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence colleagues at all levels. You will have excellent MS Powerpoint and Excel skills with an overall high degree of IT literacy.

The client are looking for HR professionals to act as central points of contact for Service Line related escalations, performance level and general operation whilst ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements. A background in Finance is desired but not essential.
