Talent Acquisition Manager

We are partnered with an incredibly exciting cryptocurrency trading firm, one of the first of its kind in the UK. Due to an impressive markets year, the firm is growing and looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager to their HR team based in London.

As Talent Acquisition Manager you will:

• Search, attract and retain the best talent for the firm across the entire firm functions
• Understand talent across competitors and the wider market, mapping current and future talent in the crypto market
• Work closely with managers to establish needs, budget and strategy for execution of the entire process
• Work with headhunters and agencies when required
• Build best in class candidate experience and recruitment strategies from the ground up, constantly looking at ways to modernise

Requirements:

• Experience either in-house OR search agency, with a focus on front office investment banking/hedge fund/ trading recruitment
• Keen interest in crypto markets
• Strong communication skills and eye for detail
• Self motivated
