HR Advisor - Employee Relations - Stevenage - £40-45,000 plus fab benefits
Excellent opportunity for an ER Specialist to join this forward thinking, commercial organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting into the ER Manager, you will be a knowledgeable, empathetic, resilient Employee Relations Specialist. You will have proven experience in complex case management, policy writing, employment legislation and disciplinary, grievance, performance/capability and ill health management with elements of business partner working.
Ideally you will be a passionate ER Specialist with robust coaching, facilitation and mediation skills with the ability to effectively communicate, influence and build relationships throughout the business at all levels in a unionised environment.
You will need strong employment Law knowledge and experience of working in a multi-functional team providing logical solutions to complex issues.
