Superb opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a fun and growing business based in Milton Keynes. This is a generalist role, with the chance to lead on projects and build true partnerships with your managers. You will work as part of a collaborative HR team, to ensure a seamless HR service is provided right across the business.
Suitable candidates will have a broad HR background and will have previously worked at an advisory or business partner level. You should be confident to take ownership of HR projects such as engagement surveys, annual appraisals, etc. delivering them on time and to a high standard.
A key focus for this role is building effective relationships with your stakeholders, especially line managers, able to influence, guide and educate them to better manage their teams. You'll ideally be CIPD qualified (to Level 5 or above) or demonstrate equivalent HR experience, ideally in a similar corporate environment.
This is a full time (but 4 days per week will be considered), 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - with flexibility around start and finish times. All employees are working at home until at least September. When they return to the office it will be a hybrid working model.
