In-house Recruitment Coordinator - Fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys a challenge and working at pace. You'll be recruiting the very best talent for my client, a flourishing business right in the heart of Milton Keynes.
This job would suit someone who has been resourcing for a varied portfolio of roles (ideally in sales, customer service or similar) and my client will consider candidates from an agency, in house, RPO background. You will be sourcing CVs and screening applications, speaking with candidates and arranging interviews, working closely with hiring managers to hire the very best people.
Part of a talented and friendly Recruitment and HR team, you'll have plenty of support around you to help learn the role and ensure you are successful.
This is a full time (but 4 days per week will be considered), 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - with flexibility around start and finish times. All employees are working at home until at least September. When they return to the office it will be a hybrid working model.
