HR/Recruitment Specialist based in Doncaster

A large family owned business based in Doncaster that operates international (Europe and Asia) with cutting edge engineering and technology provision. Been experiencing increased business activity and growth.

Your new role
Our client is looking for someone to join their team in a HR Assistant capacity. The business is currently going through a large recruitment drive and therefore this role will be heavily recruitment focused aswell as assisting with onboarding and employee lifecycle administration. You will also assist in the review of employment contracts coupled with other generalist HR responsibilities.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have experience in recruitment , have the ability to proactively engage with and "head-hunt" candidates in this candidate short market. In order to succeed within this role, you must have a strong work ethic alongside excellent communication skills. Experience working within a recruitment capacity is essential - HR administration also is a bonus - but you have a passion for HR and recruitment.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary alongside excellent working conditions. Hours of work are 8am -5pm Monday - Friday. Your holiday entitlement increases from the standard with length of service. Flexible working is also available.
