Are you looking for a role where you can positively impact the business you work for by helping shape our approach to rewarding our people?

This is an exciting role for an experienced HR and reward specialist to support a successful global business in the review and improvement of our evolving reward offering.

You will be a team player with the ability to deliver work independently and at pace as well as be able to demonstrate experience of coordinating reward related projects and activities such as job evaluation, pay review, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and various incentive schemes.

You will be collaborative and communicative in your approach to support the team and the wider business, taking time to understand what is needed and plan an appropriate approach to this. You will also have excellent analytical and Microsoft Excel knowledge, with the ability to see trends and use your data analysis and technical skills to support all areas of People activity as you will be responsible for producing all People analytics reporting ranging from scheduled reporting to ad hoc projects.

Working at Games Workshop

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this, we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is just as important as your skills and experience.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days of holiday per year (including public holidays), a matching contributory pension scheme of up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets), and the option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let's not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
