Your new company
This large organisation in Birmingham is a very busy and fast paced environment, they need someone to come in on a temporary to permanent basis who is able to hit the ground running and assist them in this busy time period. They need an experienced recruiter who is used to large very fast paced recruitment. They are a very flexible organisation and are happy for people to work from home or work in the office or do a mix of the both completely dependant on your preference.

Your new role
This role will entail high volume recruitment of graduate programmes, you will take a role in all recruitment activities, improve and streamline the recruitment processes to make the recruitment at the organisation more lean, effective and efficient. You will be working with graduates, key stakeholders, you will be providing high quality customer service and professional business support for all recruitment activities.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need to be an experienced recruiter who is used to a high volume fast paced environment. You will need to be immediately available and able to start very quickly.
