Benefits & Wellbeing Manager

A newly created Benefits & Wellbeing Manager role is now available at a leading professional services business to support their UK & International population. This broad role will provide support to local and expatriate staff with respect to the administration of the firm's benefit and wellbeing programs. This includes on-boarding/off-boarding, clarification of plan components, communication distributions, presentations, renewal assistance and direct liaison with the 3rd party providers/vendors. You'll act as a point of contact for benefits and pension plan questions from staff across EMEA/APAC, educating participants by providing clear and complete information in accordance with group policy, terms and conditions; using appropriate judgment to route complex questions and issues to appropriate resources and following up to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. You will lead on JML processes and lead on global Wellbeing projects for the firm and becoming an internal expert resource for new or enhanced benefit programs. You will act as a subject matter expert for the Global Benefits team members in interpreting firm policies (e.g. eligibility, leave of absence) and complying with local regulations. Location London (Liverpool Street) and this role would also be available on a part-time basis
