Morgan Philips are searching for an Interim Recruitment Partner to work with a great Global company on a remote basis. The role is a 360 delivery role taking ownership for approximtely 20 commercial roles throughout EMEA. This role will pay up to £450 per day with the possibiltiy of perm.
The role of Interim Recruitment Partner will be working for a large global company and will be working in a team of 5 recruiting across EMEA. You will cover the full 360 recruitment role, taking responsibility for all sourcing, dealing with stakeholders, interviewing and the whole candidate experience from start to finish. You will be allocated approximately 20 roles for you to own through to completion.
The successful candidate must be a seasoned, self-sufficient, in house Recruiter who has a background recruiting commercial roles directly throughout EMEA. You will have a strong, demonstrable background recruiting in the private sector and should have a strong emphasis towards diversity in your shortlists and the candidate journey.
