Job Details
The successful candidate will support the Total Reward and HR team in Europe with remuneration regulation requirements of the PRA/FCA & the EBA and internal policies and procedures.
Key Responibilities of the Role:
- Build key internal stakeholder relationships
- Manage annual remuneration and governance compliance
- Support Remuneration Committees and Boards on remuneration planning and MRT
- Assist in preperation of remuneration-related regulatory reports and filings
- Support teams on regulatory mapping
· Essential Requirements
- Substantial financial industry experience in remuneration-related policy, governance and compliance
