Interim Recruiter

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Engineering business for an Interim Recruiter to join their HR function for a 6 month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a fast paced organisation, working alongside the HR Director and to take responsibility for the recruitment for their Runcorn site.
The post holder will manage the full recruitment & on boarding cycle, and be a key interface with senior management within the business.

The role:
You will manage key senior relationships within the business, manage the full recruitment process from advertising to offer, screening, initial interviews, all the paperwork, candidate attraction and building talent pools – in particular utilising social media. Working alongside the HR team, you will also be involved in HR work, and it would be a huge advantage to have previous HR experience.

To be considered you must be an experienced Recruitment Advisor, This could be a great next step for an agency Resourcer/Recruiter looking to make a move into an internal role! Ideally you will be from a blue collar environment. You will be expert with tools such as Linked in, a confident communicator who can manage expectations and hiring managers time lines, and a candidate used to recruiting for high volume positions from entry level right up to senior management. This is an exciting time to join the business.
