I have partnered with a well-known Financial Services organisation as they look to expand their Recruitment function, to enable the recruitment plans are achieved globally. This position will be extremely relationship driven, with vast exposure to your stakeholders which are across corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment needs for the Support Function client base
• Proactively headhunt roles across the client base, as well as pipeline potential candidates
• Develop strong relationships with your key stakeholders to ensure they receive a streamlines & professional recruitment experience
• Create job description & ensure they are advertised on the company website
• Collaboratively & strategically work with the HR department to ensure they're kept up to date with all recruitment activity and developments
• Use the PSL as & when required

Skills:

• Previous internal recruitment experience within Financial Services
• Knowhow to high the best talent via innovative revenues
• Ability to handle high volume roles
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Previous international recruitment exposure would be desirable
