Morgan Philips are working with a well known client to recruit a Strategic HR Business Partner for a 10 month contract starting ASAP. The role will report to the HRD and will pay £70,000pa plus £5k allowance.
The role of Strategic HR Business Partner will report to the HRD alongside one other Strategic HRBP and 4 HRBP’s. The company is currently working through a period of growth, change and transformation so this role will not only partner with 4 business units but will also work strategically with the business in terms of change, transformation and OD projects. This is a high touch role so the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running, working with the COE’s and Senior stakeholders to move forward.
The successful candidate for this role will ideally be Level 7 CIPD with very strong strategic HR Business Partnering experience gained from a growth business. You will be a strong influencer with a proven track record of creating, shaping, and executing against People Plans, significant knowledge and experience of change management and have partnered at a Senior Executive level on people initiatives across the colleague lifecycle. You’ll have evidence of excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills: building, strengthening, and influencing relationships at all levels of the organisation, challenging decisions where necessary and with the ability to coach and influence Directors in people issues and the wider people agenda. You will also have experience of working collaboratively with CoE’s, knowing when and how to engage.
