Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a Globally Renowned Media Business based in the City of London to secure a Talent Acquisition Partner.


This role will sit within a wider team of 10, specialising on Sales and Marketing roles predominantly within the UK but across EMEA as well.


This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter to make the move into an in-house role!


This is a fast-paced role within a high-volume environment which requires individuals coming from a similar environment, looking to take on more responsibility and progress.


From a role point of view, you will be managing anywhere between 20-30 roles at any one time, managing your own stakeholder relationships and ensuring you deliver an outstanding candidate experience.


As well as day to day delivery, you will be in with the chance to get involved as much or as little in all the ongoing projects.
What is on offer for you?


- Up to £45,000 base salary
- 10% performance related bonus (not a KPI driven team!)
- 25 days holiday + an extra day for your birthday and uncapped paid volunteering days as well as bank holidays on top.
- Holiday goes up to 27 days after 2 years' service
