We are delighted to be partnering with an iconic fashion and retail business to hire a Talent Management Specialist to join their growing HR function.
The Talent Management Business Partner will work alongside the TA and L&D Leads and drive the roll out of a new talent management approach. This will include working with both HR and non-HR leadership to implement a valuable programme for stakeholders. They will identify talent trends, build international talent pools through internal talent mapping, develop succession plans, identify talent gaps and risks, work with managers on performance management processes and also partner with the D&I team to ensure this underpins all talent management activities. Candidates must have proven experience in a specialised Talent Management role and be able to develop excellent cross-team relationships and drive the talent agenda.
