My client, one of the largest Telecommunication organisations in the country is seeking a professional Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
The organisation has been established for 180 years and support emergency services, hospitals, banks and keeping economies around the world online, safe and secure. They also deliver large scale technology infrastructure across the UK and wider globe.

Your new role

The role is being offered as a 6 month contract with a view to being made permanent on a full time basis.
The company have a few locations that you can choose to work from, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol
Hybrid working is available for this role and you would be expected to work from one of the offices x 2 days per week.
You will be part of a large country wide talent acquisition team and be required to recruit for a variety of different positions across the business. These will include volume Customer service, Field Service, Sales and Technical Service.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to

You will be responsible for full end-to-end recruitment delivery. This includes but is not limited to CV sifting and benchmarking, phone screening, hiring manager and agency briefings, advertising, sourcing/headhunting, interview co-ordination, salary and offer negotiation, onboarding
You'll serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing a remarkable service focusing on ensuring both internal and external hiring is executed quickly and effectively, matching the best internal and external candidates to the right roles
Ensuring roles are advertised in an interesting and appealing way, to ensure you recruit the best talent.
Advising the hiring manager of the best route to market and ensuring all advertising follows the company guidelines
Manage all candidate applications carefully, in line with company policies and processes

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrable experience of the recruitment industry, gained from either in-house or external RPO environments within a large, complex and global organisation
Demonstrable experience of influencing and advising key decision makers
Diversity and inclusion, assessment and selection, social media and marketing, apprentice and graduate hiring, employment law
