Your new role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator to join our People and Business team. The position is a shared role, working with a colleague to offer an overall full time resource to the Head of People and Business Services. You need to be available to work from Wednesday to Friday each week.
The role will be busy and varied and comes at a key time as we move to a new HR management system, the successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with change, and ideally experienced working in an established HRM system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have varied HR administrative experience with knowledge of HR policy, procedures and best practice. You must have the ability to build strong an effective relationships and the confidence to challenge when appropriate. You will have self discipline to mange your own workload and focus priorities.
A friendly, outgoing and approachable personality with excellent communication skills is a must.
