Page Personnel HR are working with a national company who need some additional support from an experienced Recruitment Consultant. They are recruiting on a contract basis initially but there are potential permanent opportunities across the business. The role involves fast-paced and high volume recruitment to ensure the company meets tight deadlines. The role will be based in the Manchester office and offers hybrid working to suit needs.
Our client a large and successful company who specialise in high-volume and project-based recruitment. Due to an increase in the number of contracts won, they are seeking additional support from an experienced Recruitment Consultant. You will join an established team and support with high-volume recruitment across the North Region. The role is based in Manchester and offers hybrid working.
The key responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant are 180 recruitment, placing adverts, screening candidates, enrolling candidates and going through the vetting system, managing social media tools, sending CVs to line managers, arranging interviews, obtaining compliance, working closely with the Operations and HR teams. The role is based in Manchester.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment role
- Agency/internal/RPO background
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships
- Good IT skills with MS Office and systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
Our client offers a salary c£28K, OTE £45K, 3 month contract minimum, equipment provided, hybrid working
