Your new company
We are working with a large public sector organisation based in Worcester to recruit a Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis. Initially for 3 months there is the possibility of extension for the right candidate. They operate hybrid and homeworking options to suit your needs.
Your new role
You will be working as part of the HR Team to manage internal recruitment campaigns. This will involve the full recruitment life-cycle. You will work closely with hiring managers to scope their requirements, produce adverts and use CV searching techniques to identify suitable candidates. You will then need to pre-screen applicants and assess their suitability, before producing a shortlist and managing the interview process.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for experienced recruiters who can manage a range of roles at any one time. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
