As the Internal Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for leading all recruitment activities within the support services Division. This role will support the recruitment of a wide variety of mainly blue collar roles across the UK.

Description
Internal Recruitment Advisor duties and responsibilities;
- Manage all recruitment activity for the division from application to employees start date
- Ensure all stages of the recruitment process are carried out in line with current legislation
- Directly sourcing candidates via social media and job boards minimising the use of recruitment agencies
- Taking an active role in the screening and assessment process, reviewing CV's and conducting interviews where necessary
- Promoting internal development opportunities and championing the employee referral programme
- Maintaining all recruitment portals
- Support hiring managers to enable their teams to follow best practice recruiting processes
- Ad hoc projects related to recruitment - e.g. process improvements, recruitment marketing, talent pooling, HR Analytics
- Produce weekly reports on recruitment activity and progress on KPI's
- Monthly dashboard on recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement of processes
Profile
Internal Recruitment Advisor experience and characteristics:
- A background in large volume recruitment ideally internal and in support services
- Solid knowledge of resourcing techniques
- Excellent track record of delivering results
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Word, Power Point and Excel
- Understanding of the Agency Worker Relations
- Good understanding of Employment Law and how it impacts recruitment processes
- Confident in partnering and establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to influence and engage whilst being an expert in recruitment practices
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- An excellent communicator who is able to build genuine relationships with employees and candidates at all levels
- Flexible and thrive under a fast paced and changing environment
- Results driven and metric focused
