HR Manager - 12 month FTC - £36900 - Lincoln/Newark area.

Your new company
This is an education establishment with a excellent reputation and high standards.
With about 150 employees ranging from Academic to support staff.
Situated on an extensive, beautiful site offering purpose built facilities on the outskirts of Lincoln, towards the Nottinghamshire border.

This role is to cover 1 year FTC for maternity cover from August 2021 to August 2022
A stand alone HR role.

Your new role
This is a standalone HR Manager role, reporting to the Head of the Establishment, where you will be responsible for the provision of an effective HR service.

This will include the full remit of generalist duties including all aspects of recruitment, recruitment compliance, onboarding, absence management, payroll administration, employee lifecycle administration, performance management and employee relations issues (such as disciplinary and capability).

if you enjoy a generalist HR role in a supportive, collaborative and results driven organisation - this will be the Interim/FTC for you.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of Level 3 CIPD - ideally 5 (or working towards, or suitably equivalent experience).
Solid experience level and background in generalist HR remit - ideally standalone or smaller organisation.

What you'll get in return
Competitive salary - £36923pa
This post is full time - 37 hours per week (8.30am to 4.30pm - with a 4pm finish on a Friday
Mainly ONSITE working- but with some flexibility if required.
52 working weeks per year - with 28 days holiday plus the bank holidays (can take upto 10 days in the non-academic times, but not 2 week in one go)
