EMEA Global Mobility and Benefits Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global financial services firm to manage UK and EMEA employee benefits programmes and mobility policy, mobility employment tax and vendor management

Global Mobility Mangement:

• Initiate new assignments, working with providers to obtain indicative costs, tax, and immigration guidance
• Complete the integration of the new Relocation Services provider
• Continue the deployment of the new Global Mobility framework
• Support the monthly Mobility Payroll cycle and payroll related processes
• Day-to-day management of the Outsourced Tax engagement,
• Risk Responsibilities

Benefits Management:
Oversight of the day to day responsibilities, administration and management of the renewals for the UK and EMEA employee benefits:

• Manage benefit renewals for all other countries in Europe and the Middle East
• Manage the harmonisation of employee benefit programmes following Company acquisitions
• Ongoing benefit reviews to ensure they remain competitive, cost effective
• Keeping up to date with changes relating to statutory regulations, policies and procedures in the UK and across the EMEA region

Experience Required:

• Excellent understanding of employee benefits in the UK and EMEA regions
• Good understanding of UK pension schemes preferred not essential
