Job Details
An international law firm with headquarters in NY are looking for a D&I Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR and working closely with the broader HR team, you will have responsibility for embedding diversity and inclusion into the firm's day to day operations. Other responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the implementation of diversity and inclusion
- Responsibility of diversity and inclusion budget
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders and acting as a resource, mentor and expert for the firm
- Developing and implementing a diversity plan
- Collaborating with partners and managers to align the firm's commitment to diversity and inclusion into all talent functions
- Working closely with recruitment to manage recruiting efforts and best practice from a diversity perspective
- Building diversity networks
- Monitoring progress against diversity goals
- Designing creative initiatives and events from a diversity perspective
As Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you will possess:
- Proven experience in a D&I Manager role with minimum of 5 years D&I experience
- Strong education, ideally to degree level
- Good experience in developing and implementing D&I initiatives
