Job Details

A US law firm, based in The City of London are recruiting for an HR Assistant to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Admin of all UK benefits, conducting benefit orientation meetings, assisting in organising wellbeing events, benefit reporting, assisting with annual salary and bonus review
  • Resourcing
    • Creating job requisitions on the HR system, coordinating interviews
  • Maternity/Paternity
    • Drafting updates to send to those on leave, preparing return to work orientations
  • Professional Development
    • Inputting, updating and maintaining training records from all training sessions, assisting with admin of mentoring scheme, following up on incomplete reviews
  • Admin
    • Minute taking during weekly HR meetings, arranging quarterly partner dinners and meetings, reclaiming expenses for the HR Director, HR team diary management, arranging exit interviews and drafting reference letters, organising relevant meetings

As HR Assistant, you will possess:

  • Strong education
  • Strong administrative skills within an HR capacity
  • Experience gained within a professional services/partnership environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
