A leading global law firm are recruiting for a Partner Integration Assistant Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Director of Partner Recruitment & Integration, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supporting the integration of lateral partners into the partnership of the firm
  • Focusing on the international offices of the firm and working with a broad range of constituencies to ensure each lateral partner receives the resources and support needed to fully and effectively operate as a member of the partnership
  • Working with relevant teams during the recruitment phase to plan and prepare each new partner's integration plan
  • Supporting onboarding of each new partner as a point of reference and SME in collaboration with colleagues in various teams
  • Planning and preparing agenda for integration kick-off calls during initial days at the firm
  • Coordinating ongoing integration meetings with partners
  • Providing ongoing support to partners during their first two years
  • Completing special projects as and when

As Partner Integration Assistant Manager, you will possess:

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a legal or partnership environment
