Reporting into the Group HR Director, this generalist Senior HR Business Partner role, will be an operational and strategically aligned HR professional partnering with key stakeholders and supporting a specific business area. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with the lens of 'value-add' and true commercially.

Based in Manchester city centre, you will also support clients groups nationally - therefore some travel will be required when necessary.

To be considered for this Senior HR Business Partner role, you will have proven experience within a senior generalist capacity, which has supported businesses in achieving their strategic goals within a commercially driven and entrepreneurial environment.
You will possess an astute HR toolkit that supports a business to succeed financially and culturally. You will also have a true interest, passion and proven experience of landing projects across the entire HR spectrum.
You will have experience of working within a matrix Financial or Professional Services organisation.
This role will also pay £60,000 to 70,000 per annum (dependant on experience), car allowance, bonus and a suite of benefits.
