As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering effective recruitment solutions in partnership with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead to proactively identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a fast-paced challenging market.

My client is a pharmaceutical and biotechnology company with a presence in global markets.

Description

As Talent Acquisition Partner, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively developing and executing sourcing plans, building talent pipelines, conducting direct sourcing activity and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from interviewing to offer management

  • Advising, coaching and influencing hiring managers to ensure best in class service delivery to the business and candidates.

  • Building strong trusting relationships both with internal stakeholders and candidates and ensure both have a good experience with Talent Acquisition throughout the process

  • Collating feedback and providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement will also be key in this role.

Profile

Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services ideally in an inhouse environment
  • Experience of recruiting within the Pharma industry, ideally within a commercial setting
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to identify key candidate sources externally to build potential candidate pools
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Ability to prioritise & deliver on multiple recruitment campaigns

Job Offer

£250 - £300 a day (depending on experience)
