HR Business Partner

We are delighted to be partnering with a high growth technology business, part of an iconic global group, to hire an HR Business Partner in London team. This HRBP will support a new key business area and play an important role in a global change programme.

The HR Business will provide a full generalist service to a technical client group focused on a global technology transformation whilst also supporting the Head of Organisational Design in broader OD, change and transformation projects. They will work with leadership and managers across the tech focused client group and partner with the wider HR function to lead on areas such a talent development, performance management, Management coaching, employee engagement, D&I and employee relations.

Suitable candidates will have a diverse skillset and be experienced operating as both an HR Business Partner and playing an important role in HR change and transformation projects. Experience within a global, matrix environment is key and exposure to support IT and Technology focused client groups would be highly beneficial.
