Oakleaf are supporting this growing, specialist consultancy- looking for an intuitive and dynamic HR Generalist to help support a proactive and commercial HR Business function during a Maternity cover. In this role, you will be working under the guidance of the Head of HR and will be advising and operating across 4 locations- with a population of circa 300 people.

Main responsibilities will include:

 To be the Senior HR Advisor/ HR Manager in a fast moving and commercially focused business

 Build effective relationships, providing leaders, managers and associates with professional, proactive support and coaching on people management issues

 Advise managers and associates ER Matters

 Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

 Contribute to the design and delivery of HR implementation plans with a special focus on employee engagement

 Be active in HR related projects such as Induction, performance management, talent management etc.

 Collaborating with employees at all levels to better understand and incorporate their needs into training, wellbeing, career-pathing and development initiatives

 Assist in the data gathering and workforce analysis, including headcount planning and turnover, and use data and metrics to track and measure day to day work

 Working closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development team on new starters joining the business

 Completing adhoc administration tasks, and other HR related issues as and when they arise

They are looking for:

 Has a solid HR professional with a generalist background

 Has experience in managing HR responsibilities, systems and procedures

 Is assertive and confident in their approach

 Has a minimum of 5 years' experience within an HR role

 Solid employee relations experience

 A passion for improving D&I and supporting employee wellbeing

 Is CIPD qualified or equivalent experience

This role will be starting in September, so you must be available to start a new role then! Interviewing will be immediate. To be considered you must have experienced from a Fast-paced, commerical envionment! Having worked for an International business would be an advantage!
