An exciting opportunity has arisen in a great compnay for an experienced Head of HR Operations (on a 9 month FTC) to manage and guide a Retail HR Business Partnering and HR Shared Services team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that people priorities are met and to provide excellent HR service delivery.
Reporting to the Group HR Director, the post holder will partner with the executive leadership team and be responsible for owning the change agenda inlcuding changes to T&C's, Incentives and HR Systems during their time with the business.
The ideal candidate will have have a proven track record in a similar role within a large, multi-site, customer facing business (hospitaliy, retail, airlines or similar). You will be an effective communicator and able to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders. You will be CIPD qualified with a broad generalist background and a genuine passion for people and delivering service excellence.
