Your new Job

In your new role as HR officer you will have the opportunity to work within the area of employee relations with a primary focus on absence management. You will be responsible in training and upskilling managers on absence management issues. This will require you to have strong employment law knowledge for when advising and supporting both managers and staff. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role working within an operational HR environment using systems and extracting data which can be used to help coach line managers with absence issues within there team. You must be a confident communicator with a proven track record of providing proactive, supportive, creative and credible advice and guidance.
