Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading, Global company who looking for an additional head to supporting within their Reward & Benefits department.
This would be for an initial 4 months but has potential to be extended further.
The salary will be up to £33k and the role will be fully remote.
The main duties for this role will include -
·Benefits administration - Working with vendors, payroll and employees to manage queries and benefit changes.
·Payroll administration - Assist with data checking and coordination to ensure payroll receive accurate and timely data for monthly payroll run.
·Data analysis - Assist as and when required e.g. Gender Pay Gap analysis, salary range review
·Systems administration - Assist with HRIS transition from Success Factors to Workday, specifically data audits, reviewing reward processes and possibly some system testing
·General - Support on ad-hoc projects and annual benefit renewals
·Excellent excel skills
·Some previous experience of benefits administration (ideally EMEA locations)
·Organised and methodical
·Good eye for detail
·Good customer service
