Market leader seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team! Hybrid working!
Your new company
You will be working for an industry leader, this is a newly created role! This business has gone from strength to strength over the past year and are continuing to grow. This role is perfect for an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor who is looking for some flexibility. The hybrid policy is 3 days in the office and 2 from home. There is flexibility in the hours and has free onsite parking.
Your new role
Provide first line advice on HR Policies & Procedures Attend HR Team meetings, actively contributing and presenting on areas relevant to the role including a monthly update report and KPI review. Manage and drive recruitment alongside the HR Administrator. Write and review HR Policy documentation. Check HR documentation before it is sent out such as new starter documents, leaver letters, disciplinary communications, and terms and conditions changes. Develop and promote the use of the HR Information System and Self Service. Deal with the day-to-day employee relations matters supporting managers and employees. Valued member of HR projects team. Collaborate with other departments on projects. Promote the Company Vision and Values.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced HR Advisor, you will be confident dealing with managers and bridging the operational gap between the Head of HR and HR Assistant. You must have proven previous experience as an HR Advisor to be considered for this role.
