Oakleaf is proud to be supporting a successful and scaling company in their search for a new Talent Acquisition Manager.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and running of an efficient and cost-effective talent acquisition strategy. This will include all aspects of candidate attraction and selection. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with the HR Advisor's and Hiring Managers to agree the best sourcing strategy to attract and place high quality candidates that live and breathe the company values.

The role holder will have significant input into the design of our employer brand, acting as its custodian and promoting it across all internal and externally facing channels.

The role holder has line management responsibility of a Recruitment Executive.

Role scope:

  • Typical volume of recruitment: 60-80 permanent vacancies, + annual temporary summer recruitment of circa 150 temps, ad-hoc contractors
  • Full UK Geography - 6 Regions plus Head Office and 1 hotel
  • Approximate budget of circa £250,00- 500,000
