Rewards Manager

East Midlands

Upto £70,000 - Permanent

A permanent Reward Manager opportunity based in the East Midlands. This role will require the successful reward professional to be based near Burton on Trent two days a week. Our client is a market leader and offer heaps of flexibility ( wellbeing is at the heart of everything they do )

The successful Reward Manager will be part of a high performing team and will manage reward processes ( annual compensation planning, bonus plans, job evaluations, job pricing and flexible benefits ) and take a big part in the wellbeing projects and initiatives. The team consists of two Reward Analysts as direct reports and this post reports to the Reward Director.

Have you designed reward processes and policies previously?

Typical duties:

  • Oversee day to day management of the compensation, benefits and total rewards programmes - include cash compensation, benefits, wellbeing, bonus program design
  • Serve as the subject matter expert with the management and HR team across the business
  • Lead the execution of the wellbeing plan as agreed with the Reward Director
  • Own the benefits agenda including managing local providers to agreed SLA's
