Global Compensation Manager

£75,000

*this role offers good flexibility, you would need to be able to travel to Derbyshire once a week or to Bradford once a week depending on which location was closer for you*

Our client is looking to hire a Global Compensation Manager to join their successful and busy organisation. This position will be UK based and you will need to be able to travel once a week to the Derby office or their Bradford location. The role will have a primary focus to execute the global compensation programs that include annual salary reviews, annual incentive calculations , recognition program and compensation surveys. With this in mind, you will need to have a proven track record of working as a compensation expert in an in house reward team in a global context and have experience working for senior executives. If you have sat in a Reward Partner role and want to move into a more specialist compensation role , this could be a great opportunity for you to make a move.

Duties:

  • Manage the global compensation review with workday
  • Compensation governance
  • Calculation, communication, and implementation of annual corporate incentive
  • Support the executive compensation - include benchmarking, short term and long term incentives
  • Manage the global recognition including communication and vendor management
