A global, diverse Bank with strong values and culture is looking for an HRBP to work in a highly collaborative team. You will be acting as a trusted advisor and will get involved in the entire employee life cycle. It is an exciting time to join this organisation and will be a varied and challenging position where you can really add value!

There are 3 roles available, 1 permanent role and 2 FTC's 12-18 month

Paying up to GBP75000 plus bonus and bens

Accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for the full employee lifecycle
  • Understanding business strategies and aligning the people plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives
  • Supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance
  • Being a trusted advisor and providing advice on a range of HR issues such as reward, ER, talent acquisition, development, performance, change, restructure, culture, engagement and diversity
  • Driving the talent and succession agenda
  • Supporting with the annual salary review and bonus process
  • Contributing to the development of the strategic workforce plan
  • Preparing MI reports, providing analysis and insights as required

Skills & Experience

  • To apply you must have HRBP experience within matrix Banking or Financial Services Organisations
  • If you also have experience of working within digital technology, call centres and marketing within Banking, Financial Services or a large corporate commercial company this may be an advantage
  • Excellent problem solving and decison making skills with the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills with a strong customer focus
  • Demonstrate commerciality and a strong knowledge of current UK employment law, and some knowledge of employment law across EMEA
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
  • A motivated team player with the ability to adapt to different business needs
