Your new role
Due to the fast-paced growth in emerging markets, the Head of Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion is recruiting for a HR Analyst to provide the following:

  • Manage the global HR reporting across all businesses.
  • Review HR KPI data and reports, while assisting with H&S reporting.
  • Gather and summarise data for statutory reports. Identify trends in the KPI data and assist with the development of toolkits addressing issues identified from the trends.
  • Produce reports and presentations for review by senior managers
  • Co-ordinate the global employee survey and analyse the data
  • Provide support on various HR related global and local projects, taking direct management responsibility for some aspects of the project tasks. The projects will be related to areas such as HR minimum standards, policy and procedure updates, company values, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion etc. The work will involve managing the process, analysing data, and producing management reports and presentations.


What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be motivated to work in a growing, global organisation, and will enjoy working with a company with over 550,000 employees. More so the successful HR Analyst will have experience in the following:

  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Working with large amounts of data with the ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and actionable changes.
  • Producing presentations and being comfortable to present to all levels of the business.
  • Detailed orientated, with meticulousness working style.
